All of my recipes are free of: gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, and usually egg-free as well.
**Update 3/30/12: A lot of these below recipes were posted before I knew about the dangers of agave syrup use, the less than optimal nature of grapeseed oil, the importance of food combining, and the healing power of adhering to a totally grain-free diet. That being said, I will keep these recipes posted and encourage people to experiment with alternative sweeteners such as stevia, raw honey, maple syrup and dates in these recipes. See my agave syrup post for some of my baking experiments with stevia.As substitutes for grapeseed oil, coconut butter or butter in baked goods might work. Further, some use of gluten free grains and other less than ideal ingredients/food combinations might still be great health improvements for people so I will keep these recipes posted. I am continuously educating myself about what an optimal diet is, and this recipe section reflects that.
